The Government has introduced a named GP for all patients. All patients will be allocated a named GP from 30.06.15. Although you now have an  allocated a named GP you may see any Doctor of your choice (subject to availability) within the Practice. 

Please ask at reception if you are unsure about the name of your allocated GP.
