We would like to inform our patients of a change to our service provision during the final 30 minutes of our core operating hours. To ensure that patients continue to have access to appropriate care during this time, the practice will offer alternative arrangements for care between 6:00pm and 6:30pm, by telephone 01642 944229 and from Park Surgery – Middlesbrough.

The practice is not open Bank Holidays.
If you need to see or speak to a GP on a bank holiday, over the weekend or between the hours of 6.00pm to 8.00am Monday to Friday then please ring NHS 111 who will help you to access our Local extended GP hours service (Elm Alliance)

Should you require emergency treatment when our surgery is closed, you may call NHS 111. All the calls are free of charge. For emergencies only please call 999 and ask for an ambulance.
